This is a sketch of a character I had a vision of while reading Scar Night (tis a good book, little gore, but a good book), based slightly on the Spine assasins.

Illuminay is a Dark Elf assasin in the Link Realm, one of the elite in her core. Skilled with a katana blade, throwing blades and with a strong knowledge of chemical weapons, she tends to be a silent and strong character, preferring to hunt on her own and avoid any contact with others unless summoned.

Though she tends to hide in the dark, her best asset is her ability to move silently and fluidly, not drawing attention to herself.
Because of her stark white hair, many had thought that she would not be successful in her work, but she proved them wrong shortly after completing her training.
She is also inflicted with pale birthmarks across her face, which she chooses not to hide as she hunts- after all, she says, who will ever be around to remember?

She has the dark skin common of her kind, but her eyes are a startling royal blue. She keeps her origins a secret, preferring to be known for what she has done rather than who she is. As an assasin, the best are barely aware of their emotions, though illuminay is not above showing her slight misery at what she has become, ever wearing a solemn, haunting expression.
Her leather armour is not much battered- she barely ever comes into contact with her victims. It is said she suffered a great wound long ago, and that it stll pains her, a rumor which she will not deny is true.

The last thing you will see is her shadow across the moon...
